Really easy to use and a bargain for the price. Only down side there is only one ring tone.

Bought this as a spare phone for holidays, etc. Pretty amazing features for such a low price, looks just like a Blackberry! Does pretty much everything I need for my purposes. Downside = quirky, tricky menu system.
