I have eyesight problems. The large,very high definition monitor and touch screen have made using a P.C.much easier The wireless keyboard,hub and mouse facilitate ease of use

The only disappointment was, it did not come with microsoft word as I originally thought. So one has to make sure what package there is.

Not Acer's problem, but Windows live e-mail needs more "help"

Very easy to set up, and provided a quick transfer of files from old P.C. and several options for doing so. Like the online video tutorials that show you how to use the new aspects.

Was no real instructions to setting up. If we hadn't used our common sense we would have never known what to do.
