terrible computer

Kept crashing from within an hour of set up and then did so seemingly every 15 mins or so nothing cured the problem, updates etc then came up with a hardware problem so took it back to store. Why oh why sell a refurb that still does not work?

A great fast PC easy to set up maybe not good for gaming but if you want to play games buy an X-box!

Bundled Wireless keyboard and mouse not the best but acceptable

had problems getting the printer to work but sorted now

Very small, very fast, masses of storage

Fast 4GB RAM, big HDD of 1TB.

Couldn't connect to internet wirelessly with a USB wireless adapter; only via an ethernet cable. Remote access didn't work either so a technician couldn't test it.
