All of these other reviews talk about hardware failures but i have not had any type of problem with that at all ; i gave it 4 stars because its nothing crazy fast. no super computer but it is sometehing that works good for what i want it for

First one I was sent had a bad Ethernet port. I talked to newegg and they sent me a new one the following week. It is a good buy for the money, just be prepared for a possible headache when you get it
