piece of you know what

Waste of money and time.

Died without worning after 5 months. Good luck dealing with customer support! There is a reason why we pay so little for this setup. Do yourself a big favor STAY AWAY from FOXCON

Poor quality

Seems ok for the price

Seems to be a good unit. Haven't tested the rest because I just put the thing together after waiting two months for a ram deal.

Inexpensive, quiet-ish. Fairly straightforward install, not roomy but not cramped. The HDD install requires you to move some cables out of the way, which isn't part of the instruction. It also needs to be installed upside down

Very short SATA cables, neither the long one, which is supposed to be for the optical drive, barely reached the hard drive. Thank goodness I'm not using the ODD bay. Also, one of the faceplate tabs came missing, or is malformed, because it does not...

Works with a few quirks

Add 8GB of RAM, 120GB SSD, and 1.5TB HD lying around. Runs Win8 like a champ. May use it in the future as a Windows Home Server box. Would have given 4 eggs but the barebone system was CHEAP. Overall, a little quirks here and there but works - Newbies...

Low power and can run the everyday stuff. Probably will make an awesome Windows Home Server machine

1. Short SATA cable - I have a bunch of extra lying around so this is not an issue for me ; 2. VGA output distort a little bit on my display (I see a little jaggies on fine line etc) - didn't have time to investigate further as I just use the HDMI....

The little box that could

as long as you accept this box for what it is I think you will be happy. Has no problem with 1080p with XBMC. Windows media center is another story. I think thats codec related issues though. 2BG ram added, running XMBC on windows 7. works great. I...

Nice small form factor. decent power for the size and class. Loving the AMD APU. :)

Gotta echo the SATA cable complaints. If you don't have extra normal length sata cables laying around, buy some. the one's it comes with are way to short ; Hard drive bay is a little hard to work with. getting the drive in was a challenge

followup to my earlier review

Called support this morning for help with an HDMI flickering issue. Rick in support answered on the first ring. He emailed me a link to a new bios file which should fix my issue. Will know tonight. Thanks for the quick and courteous support Rick.

Excellent PC, excellent support ; I'm using this as an HTPC and love the form factor and performance. I have it hooked to a Hauppauge 2650 Cablecard dual tuner

only 2 SATA connectors

Nice price

Had been looking at the really small E-350 barebones from another company, and also at Sandy Bridge 2100T, but when this went on sale for one-ten, I took a chance. I put in 4GB RAM, and installed Win 7 x64 on an old HDD I had in my spare parts bin. My...

All assembled ; Price was only a hundred ten bucks ; plays my BD rips just fine ; takes a desktop optical drive ; takes a 3.5" HDD

power supply fan is NOISY ; Networking ; one SATA cable too short

Great HTPC

Others complained about the dvd drive not lining up right to open i had no trouble with mine. Also had no memory heatsinks problems getting in the way. Added 1x 4GB Patriot G2 ram, LG 22x DVD RW, usb wireless N and a WD 250GB laptop HDD.

This Foxconn barebone runs amazing and for the price of $102 after tax (TN resident so have to pay 9.25% tax) cant be beat

Power supply is kinda loud but unnoticeable while watching TV. The hard drive mount mount was awkward but not a hassle and there no where to mount a 2.5in drive but i made one work

Reconsider if using as an HTPC...

I'm using this to replace a somewhat old Core 2 Duo Mac Mini... I would think the Mini would perform better being a C2D. Guess I'm just not a mac fan. I would recommend this computer for the price, but possibly not for a HTPC due to constant fan noise.

Pretty good bang for the buck. 120.00 dollars for the system and 4gb of DDR3. Just add a sata drive (unfortunately probably the biggest expense but i had an extra 160gb lying around) ; 1080p videos run great in VLC or XMBC with Hardware decoding turned on

Original plan was to use this as a HTPC; however, the Power Supply fan is WAY too noisy. It's not terrible, but is distracting enough that I've decided to use the PC elsewhere ; I was in a bit of a hurry, but I snapped one of the plastic pegs off while...

Great little computer

Pretty easy to assemble, I assembled it in about an hour while on a phone conference. Had to move the DVD as far back as possible for the face to fit back on the computer.

Great product, small foot print, everything fits pretty nicely

SATA cables were too short, replaced them with spares I had laying around. Optical drive button does not hit the button on my DVD drive, have to open the drive through windows to put disks in

DOA

These barebone deals are getting to be hit and miss. 2nd time I've been burned.

Prompt shipping and packaging from Newegg as usual. Thus, the extra egg

D.O.A ; No POST / BIOS screen...just an ominous "click" and the FAN spins up. That's all she wrote. Tried known good RAM and HD. Apparently no repacement availiable so will take refund
