I bought this computer one year later it died and will not turn on. the warranty is void nine months after I purchased the computer even though it is a one year warranty due to the fact that newegg bought it three months before they sold it to me. So...

When computer does boot, it works fin, little lag. But I'm afraid to turn it off, because it can take anywhere from 20 minutes to 12 hrs for it to reboot

Computer will crash , or refuse to boot it up. I had just spent the last 8 hrs trying to boot it up again, I tried evey thing I could think of. Is there anwyas to exchange for a properly working computer?/ I had just bought this one November

I have had nothing but problems with this system. Many freezes and forced shut downs. After one week of usage the system won't even boot up. I would like a refund or replacement for a different model
