Great performance. Monitor included. Two year warranty on system

The Gateway DX4840-02e is a reasonably priced desktop equipped a Core i5 CPU, bundled with a 23-inch monitor, and comes with a two year warranty (courtesy of Costco). You get very strong productivity and multimedia performance for the money you'll spend.

Not a bad little machine

 

I've purchased 3 of these for clients, they run pretty quick once you get norton uninstalled and work fine for your basic workstation

I don't like the way the CD drives open, button is on the side, you'd be surprised how many calls I get about not being able to open the thing

Problems out of tthe box

 

USA company,made in China and customer support from Southweat Asia,boy did that make for an enjoyable first day of ownership.It makes me long for made in Japan with US telephone support.
