Would not recommend.
None.
The system would not power on; it's unusable. Don't they test them first?

Good value
Small form factor, will fit almost anywhere. Decent performance for the price. Comes with keyboard and mouse.
Arrived with a damaged install of Win 8.1. Could not update, reset or refresh the PC. Had to download the OS from Microsoft and re-install using that media.

Bought them for a low end office. I intended to put Windows 7 on for the old lady that runs the church office. There are windows 8 drivers though. Not a mention of this in the description.
Cheap, decent processsor, nice case
NO Windows 7 driver from HP. There is a Windows 8 version but NO Windows 10 drivers for video, network or usb. Useless

My Pops has a point of sale windows XP system that took a dump a week or two ago. Found this inexpensive refurbished HP slimline. I had to downgrade to windows 7 pro for the XP mode capability, (needed for older software, and easier than teaching Dad...
1) Slim form factor, 2) quiet, 3)low heat/low power consumption, 4) Memory upgradeable to 16GB, 5) Inexpensive and fast shipping, 6) Clean case, not a scratch
1) Ships with windows 8 (no thanks), 2) only 4GB memory installed. Spend the extra $80 bucks to upgrade to 16GB, you will thank yourself. 3) hard to find drivers for if you downgrade to Win & pro

After all 217 auto-updates finished I find I'm happy with this as my new system. I haven't tried any PCI card updates. I don't know if my better graphics card will work. All the software I had on Win7 seems to run fine and boots much faster with Win8.1
Worked right out of box. Good drive size. Sufficient memory. 64bit Win8.1 included. Built in wireless Wi-Fi. Included keyboard and mouse. Packaged well. Got mine at a great discount.
Tried but uninstalled trial license for MS-Office. Became Nag-ware (your license will expire soon, please buy now)!!! Case is a bit smaller than I expected. Uses an external block type power supply instead of a standard ATX internal type.
