It took a little while to get this because the first one that I received was clearly a used one covered in toner residue and who knows what else. The drum itself had no new "protective covers" on it that usually ship with new consumables and the bag...

correct replacement product

Great for business docs and charts and graphs, but photos don't look "real". We use a different printer for our photo printing. This one is great for black and white publications with the occasional colored chart or illustration.
