Excellent PC. Massive Hard Drive. Super amount of RAM. Certainly does everything I need it to do and more!! Can be upgraded easily so potential for 16GB of RAM.

None. I didn't expect any software with the PC, nor did I need any as I already have the software I need.

Good solid performance. Have added extra Hard Drive and PCI card with no problem.

Cheap poor quality keyboard. Too much "HP" software.

very good pc came with wireless keyboard and mouse finding it easy to use so far . very pleased with it to me there looks to be no difference to a brand new one , would recommend !

Good looking PC, & a great bargain as a refurbished unit from PC World, especially with the extra discount from an online voucher code! Very quick to set up & get online, fast -processor, RAM already good at 6GB but ready to accept an extra 4GB dollop...
