Very easy to set up and good clear monitor. Great value for money

Didn't take into consideration that I would need to purchase Microsoft software upgrate to enable me to use, word, exel etc. :(

Always seems to be doing something in the background which slows everything down. Would not get another HP Computer - my old Compaq was much better.

Doesn't come with an internal wifi card but small problem

Easy to set up, fast processor and reasonably generous memory (4Gb) which was easy to upgrade to 6Gb (but it would have helped me to know the number of memory card slots before I purchased: its two!). Large HDD (1Tb). Small footprint for processor....

Processor on/off switch two colour on/standby blue led failed within a few days.

No hdmi port or built in wifi access

Lovely fast machine, looks great and gives a lot for the money paid. I had searched around and kept coming back to this package as it gave me more of everything. I am delighted with the speed having been using a dinosaur intel pentium 4 for many...

1. Could do with better instructions - you need to know computers to set up. 2. Could do with more of the old style ports to accommodate older printers and other devices. 3. Could do with floppy disc drive - again for those who still have back ups on...

I was a wee bit confused about what connection to use at the back.

On occasion, when starting up, screen appears, but no icons. On three or four occasions in the 2 weeks I've had this product the computer switches itself off and reboots without any instruction from me to do so.
