No sound - I had to return the unit!

Neat design. Slimline so doesn't take up too much space. Inbuilt Wi-fi quite fast.

No sound coming from it. Woudn't recognise ports at the back of the PC. Ports may have been faulty.

Looks great, compact size, reputable manufacturer, apparently this is a refurbished product but I can't distinguish from a new PC

Slightly irritating that both the keyboard and mouse take up a USB port as opposed to a dedicated socket. This leaves only 4 USB ports remaining.

When i went to listen to music, the computer said there was no sound device installed.

Excellent buy.Good value for money. Easy to set up even for someone like me who doesn't know much about computers. windows7 is great to use.amazingly fast.

The side panel wasn't fit properly and made it very noisy but it was easy enough to fit. Still noisy at times No paperwork included about pc description
