Ease of use, setup and installation. Nice product! Does the job.

Instructions can seem ambigious at first (all graphics, no text?). Could use more colour coding. Also, software may have too many bells, whistles, and offers jammed down one's throat! HAd to spend time dismantling offers and products e.g. live trials,...

C Very fast speed of operation and quiet running; starts and shuts down quickly.

Doesn't have a recordable sound-card installed. I can't use recording software I have on it.

Tremendous..........really easy to set up and definitely value for money which is exactly what is required in this current economic climate.

It is difficult to pick up on any bad points really, as I am delighted with the overall deal.

Wish it had O/S disks included - what happens if HDD fails? Would have liked the option to purchase w.o. monitor

This pc and screen are superb for what I use it for, it's fast, silent and the screen is truely great.

Has a space for another cd drive but is empty, so why the space???
