2 units in a row broken - poorly made

Don't know haven't turned one on yet

Badly made. There was one or two other reviews that mentioned problems with the brackets the screws go into to hold the backplate on. I thought it probably wasn't a big deal ; I was wrong ; 1st unit that showed up 3/6 of the plastic brackets that hold...

none so far

Great size, poor construction

Other than the case, no real issues. Got this on sale with gift card and a rebate.

Great form factor and good performance. I have this hooked up to a 46" HDTV and it works very well. It's silent and is running XBMC and Ubuntu 11.10 without a hitch

Poor quality case. I removed the back to install the memory and hard drive, when I reinstalled the back only 5/6 screws were holding fast. I removed the back to find one of the plastic tabs that accept the screws was broken off. I reinstalled the back...

Editing a previous review

I searched online for a solution to this issue and it turns out that I'm not alone. Seem to be a common problem. Come on ZOTAC, step up and stand by your product.

See previous review

eSATA port is malfunctioning and ZOTAC are not responding to any call for assistance. Knocked off an egg for the failed port and an egg for the lack of response

Works as expected

Using this with 4gb ram, 160 WD blue hdd, WinTV-DCR-2650 tuner, and a Lenovo mini mutimedia remote. These all work well together. I haven't yet tried a blu-ray disk. Initial play back of flash was choppy but updates to all software and hardware seems...

Small, light, quiet. Picked this up on a whim and am quite pleased with it so far. Have it hooked up via HDMI to a 27" ASUS monitor and all is well

Knew this going in but would have liked a few more USB 2.0 ports. Also contacted ZOTAC support to inquire about an SSD in the miniPCIe slot and received no feedback

Why bother.

I think Zotac's downfall is attaching everything to the motherboard via USB 2.0 headers. I know for a fact that the blu ray drive is. I believe this because all of the USB devices I attach to it are spacey and don't work well. It's also possible that...

Looks, size. The Blu ray and wireless built-in would be nice if they worked

This is a computer that I was building for a client. So it is a time sensitive build ; I put 4 GB of RAM in it and immediately it won't post. So I take one stick out and it posts fine. This doesn't comply with my client's specifications so it's no good...

Such great potential

Got this and installed a Kingston SSD along with the ram and was ready to go. It operated for about a week until I noticed it getting extremely hot, and shut it down. It would not post, and I tried removing all hardware, separately connected the SSD to...

None - dead ; Bought because I really liked the form factor, and was willing to pay a bit more for the nettop with incorporated blu-ray, usb3, wireless-N (even if it's not "real" N). Definitely thought it had a lot of potential

Bricked after 1 week ; Was stupid and submitted the rebate immediately after it was up & running, so couldn't return to newegg ; RMA process with Zotac has been a nightmare. They only issue replacements (normal, I guess), except that I didn't want...

Love it!

Wi-Fi is decent....N-Band and internal bluetooth would have been nice. I mounted mine in the vertical rather then horizontal fashion. Took some "engineering" to balance it out so it wouldn't come off the mounts.

NICE looking unit. Set up was very easy. If you set it up right you will only have 2 cables coming out of the unit. Looks great mounted on the wall

Not the highest speed processor. Do not use for resource hungry applications. The blue ring light is annoying if you are putting the system in Stand By mode. It can be disabled

Beautiful but anemic

I thought this was going to be the perfect piece of hardware to build a Windows Media Center PC. I wanted something that looked and worked like audio visual equipment, not like a computer. I set it up with 4GB of RAM, a 2.5" WD 500 GB drive, USB...

Slick form factor and small size ; Built-in Blu-Ray player ; nVidia ION ; Ability to turn off blue LED ring in BIOS ; Built-in 2.4 GHz WIFI N ; Extra miniPCIe slot

Anemic processing power ; Flaky USB 3.0 drivers ; No Bluetooth or infrared ; No operating system ; Slow Blu-Ray player ; No Flash or Silverlight playback ; No so silent when playing DVDs

It's about time...

All in all, this is just what I've been waiting for and it's about time someone figured out how to build a media center box. (If only they included a built in Ir receiver) Thank you ZOTAC!

The pros for all of you Win 7 users: built in Blu-ray Drive ; For everyone: The hardware that Zotac has squeezed into such a small and great looking package - Very quiet, yet the 1.8 GHz hyper threading dual core CPU runs no hotter than a standard...

A few cons, but I really had to think hard to come up with them ; 1. No built in Ir receiver -I use a Logitech Harmony for my entire multi-room A/V system, and my cell phone would only control the media center. I did plug in the Ir receiver that came...
