OMG, These headphones are so bad, really unhappy with the battery life. Can I get my money back?

Bought them this week and I have reverted back to Jack plug headphones. The sound quality is poor. It is very quiet at full volume and took a while to work out how to connect to Android, as my phone could not find the Bluetooth signal.

Poor design and uncomfortable. Sound kept cutting out, going to return asap as really poor shoddy product.

The sound quality is awesome. Setting up is extremely easy. The battery life is decent.

Works great for me. However, when I charge it, it stops charging after 5 to 10 minutes. Does this happen automatically when it's charged completely?

Came straight out of the box, charged them up and they wouldn't pair with any devices. Kept switching themselves off every time I tried. Returned for refund.
