I usually buy cheap headphones, expecting to replace them in three months or so. These ones lasted me less than a month. I am very surprised by this, as the ones I usually pay just a dollar more for last over three times as long as this pair did.

Let me say upfront that I am not picky about earphones.  I'm generally pretty easy to please.
