The headset works well but the leatherette ear cushions disintegrate and cannot be replaced. Why can't headsets be manufactured so the cushions can be replaced as they always wear out well before the electronics.

I use this model for work at home. I can hear my customers clearly and they can not tell that I'm working from home or I'm in the office. The headset is comfortable- does not pinch. I like the easy mute feature.
