Skullcandy iPhone FMJ

These bad-ass earphones work well with the iPhone and deliver respectable audio that doesn't distort at higher volumes.

Affordable. Works with iPhone for answering and placing calls. A big step up from Apple's bundled earbuds. Blocks out some outside noise.

Audio quality is adequate but by no means excellent. Skull-embazoned design isn't for everyone.

Skullcandy iPhone FMJ review: Skullcandy iPhone FMJ

Fashion earbuds are the latest trend in the headphone market, and we're not unhappy about it. Of course, it helps if the hot-looking listening devices also provide good sound quality. Skullcandy brand headphones are certainly made with style in mind,...

The Skullcandy iPhone FMJ offers a stylish and functional design with an inline mic and call button. It comes with a carrying case and both silicone and foam eartips. Audio call quality is solid.

The Skullcandy iPhone FMJ earphones may not be comfortable for all users, and audio quality for music is hit or miss.

The Skullcandy iPhone FMJ earphones are a solid option for those looking for a wired stereo headset that does double duty for their iPhone, but the off and on audio quality may not fly with discerning listeners.

Skullcandy iPhone Ear Buds

Bringing an outlaw attitude to ear buds isn't an easy task, but Skullcandy is giving it the ol' college try. Providing a connector that will work with your iPhone without a special adapter, the ear

Skullcandy Full Metal Jacket

Skullcandy's new earphones are good, but definitely not the best.

good sound ; comfortable eartips ; noise isolator ; decent price ; dedicated bass booster-cum-microphone

sound splits ; bass booster needs to be always pressed for bass effect

Skullcandy Full Metal Jacket

Buy them for their looks and not sound quality

Stylish design, built-in mic and call button, standard as well as foam tips supplied, powerful bass

Muddy sound, does not work with many mobile phones, expensive

Skullcandy Full Metal Jacket 11mm review

These Skullcandy Full Metal Jacket earphones may well give you what you're after if you are tired of plain old black and white earphones. The buds themselves are usually the only part of your portable music setup that's on show so they might as well...

They look different and have enough bass for any basshead

Murky, veiled sound and below average overall sound quality

Skullcandy Full Metal Jacket Earbuds

Skullcandy gets a lot of points for their style, and their hope is that using their earphones will net you the same. It's safe to say that Skullcandy has never met a color combination that they didn't like. Hot pink and white, canary yellow and blue...

Color choices galore, flashy design, overall good sound quality

Average comfort, not very detailed sounding; no inline volume control

Don’t try to blend into the crowd while wearing these, though, as any of the 12 available color combinations will make you stick out from the masses of white colored earbud wearers. But I have a feeling that anyone wearing the Full Metal Jacket...

Skullcandy Full Metal Jacket Review

In case you haven't heard of them or seen their products at your local electronics retailer, Skullcandy is one of the nation's largest purveyors of st...

Shure's e500s are the best earphones we've tested. They are more comfortable in ear than Shure's other designs, sound better, and rock nice features like the multiple cable options and the PTH module. They aren't for everyone however. If the majority...

Skullcandy iPhone FMJ

The FMJ's microphone was a couple steps up from the iPhone's stock headset in terms of clarity, although not quite as clear as those of the Etyomotic, Maximo, and Ultimate Ears models, below. The occlusion effect was only moderate

I love it when I get a product to test that goes with one of my favourite gadgets, the iPhone.

Waiting for them to arrive as I type!
