Quality sound, easy to use and burn songs, huge storage.

Initially had frequent re-sets, but after downloading new firmware, the problem went away

Watch out for Creative!

Bought this thing in December, and it worked okay. They advise downloading from their site onto the portable unit. What you end up with is lots of unrequested songs, especially classical, that you then may want to remove (time-consuming).

Neat when worked

Creative's non-customer support. Doesn't work with Windows XP
