Battery life

Heavyweight and slows down very quickly

I've had 4 of these now, 1 arrived with a broken lid and the other 3 had a hard drive failure after 3 or 4 weeks. Have swapped for an entirely different model now.

Love the colour and the weight

Looks great. Good processing speed and extra numerical keypad is a rare treat these days

Like so many laptops battery life still poor

Colour . It is a good basic computer. Good enough to catch up on TV.

A bit on the heavy side, but it is a big laptop.

Slow. Clunky. Kept turning off. Returned. Waste of time and money.

All over good laptop for everyday home use. I also use a USB hub with memory sticks for club accounts. Performs well.

Lack of USB ports as I use USB memory sticks, external hard drive, printer and mouse, which are still very servicable but require USB ports!!!

Slow, slow, slow! Slow to switch on. Slow to do anything. Even slow to turn off!
