Attractive appearance. Nice keyboard.

A bit slow to boot up and recover from sleep. Wish I'd paid a little more for ssd drive and will likely change for ssd soon.

It’s lighter than my previous lap top love the colour I’ve not had a chance to use it probably but what I’ve seen on it am very happy great buy.

I had a few problems getting my printer to connect which is also new but got there in the end.

I have not made much use of the laptop so far but initial performance has been good,although it is perhaps a little slower than I expected. That may just be in comparison with my desktop pc which has a faster operating system. I have not really tested...

Speed and great HD screen which makes graphics look wonderful. Really good valus for money.

Windows 10, would have preferred Windows 7 operating system. No built in DVD writer. Would have been better with 8Gbyte of memory

Have had HP computers for years and always come back to them as they are totally reliable and aesy to use

Would have prefered a disc drive to be included (as my last one had) as I had to buy an add-on one
