Huge screen. Very fast start up and speed really good. Quite light for its size. Overall great performance and user friendly

Responsiveness of the mouse keypad plus position of the mousepad not ideal for right handed people

Slow. Pauses when flipping between data especially emails. I went without a laptop of my own for 2yrs because I didn't like windows 10, then gave in & spddnt over £700 & wished I hadn't bothered.

It's made by HP so going to be reliable.

The size - wish I had stuck with a 15 inch. Good for work purposes but not for comfort at home. Wrong decision by me no-one else.

Wireless speed is terrible Now saying battery connection not charging.

Office 365 trial version included and McAfee Antivirus. Both very easy to purchase full licences.

No bad points noted.

For the size it is, it is lighter than I expected. Graphics are good and sound also

I don't like the mouse pad, it's quite awkward to use so I've resorted to using an external mouse.
