The HP Help notified what and when updates are required.

Very good screen quality with very good keyboard that is easy to keep clean. Quality feel to the product and VERY easy to set up.

Wish the power and loading LEDs were on the front rather than the side.

Looks lovely, keyboard feels nice, very quick and responsive pad.

Very slow to start up (5 minutes) got stuck once. ) Only had it a few days but isn't giving me confidence, may have to return. UPDATE - recent update appears to have improved this, time will tell!

it slow, doesn't connect to the internet properly takes ages to load anything if your running more than one application at once it freezes all the time battery life for a new laptop is appalling

It's sufficiently fast and has a decent sized hard drive.

USB ports are a bit tight, but still completely functional.

The PC was faulty,and was replaced wirh another make within 48 hours
