HP Pavilion 14-bk152sa 14" Laptop - Gold

I'm used to having a Dell computer and had to adjust to using a different brand but all in all so much better, still getting used to the features but is so quick to start up and just what I needed so thumbs up!!!

Screen quality is excellent, battery lasts ages, runs really fast

Needs more ram, I upgraded it to 16GB no issues, runs fine with 4GB, but can’t ask for much more for the price

Microsoft Edge is still not the finished article. I needed to load Internet Explorer in order to compose emails via BT Yahoo.

A larger SSD drive and more ram could help, although for the price you can’t expect more from such a brilliantly well designed piece of equipment.

Super fast laptop, amazing spec for such a good price. Even out performs my partners mac (which was far more expensive!)

Was a bit glitchy after the windows 10 update but after a restart it ran fine!
