Compact. Great output. Nice to have the all in one functionality with color laser output. Quick first print. Intuitive menus. Simple maintenance. Scanning/copying is a breeze. Toner consumption is good thus far

No double sided output. I haven't used it long enough to say if the output will degrade over usage like my HP 2605 did. No faxing if that matters to you

Works out of the box easy to setup on network. Picstures look good, for our uses (flyers etc)

None, Brother is dependable. I tried cheap Samsung printer only and bad times so just paid more and got the Brother that works

Very easy setup for Windows 7 on multiple networked computers. easy access for RAM upgrades and toner replacement. Toner carts are cheaper than any other color lazer that I could find
