RMA'd, newegg is always great with that. Stay away from this fax. Ive dealt with 40+ faxes and never had that problem

IT admin at an office. Bought this for small volume faxes. Absolute nightmare. Would restart, ran through toner and printer indecipherable garbage

Very satisfied

 

I'd highly recommend this product. Be sure to dive into the settings to adjust various volumes, error reporting, etc.

Device can share a line with the telephone -- didn't anticipate this bonus ; Straightforward setup ; Laser printer works great so far

Finally - A Fax that is really a work horse.

Cheap to keep

This fax was easy to set up and does a fabulous job. It is fast, makes copies when you need just one, and has an ink cartridge that last a long time. This fax gets used all day long and does a great job. We have nothing bad to tell on this one. We...

I repair the and other $30k Canon machines

 

The 1 egg reviewer was trying to use this fax machine on a digital line. That cant be done. These machines require and old fashioned analog land line period.

Great little fax machines the faxphones are. They are cheap but quality made. They will last several years
