The top document feeder is flawed and breaks. I’m now on my third one replaced under warranty. Both times had the exact same problem. The document feeder gets jammed on a piece of paper and that seems to break it. I do very light faxing and copying...

Sucks up ink like crazy so I needed to install a Continuous Ink System (CIS) to resolve that. It is also mostly plastic

Nice photo quality on 4x6 prints (have not done any larger), duplex feature saves on paper use, easy to set up (I'm using a mac with OS X 10.5.8), Wireless is very handy
