I can not stress enough how much I dislike these printers. Their scanning mechanism is so prehistoric and slow. The printing only prints two pages at a time, then thinks, then prints another two pages, and so on. Even the display is black and white....

Great machine for hard office use. A bit noissy but correct in speed, quality and low-consumption.

Nice step up for us from the HP 9500 series printer. This printer is faster, doesn't callibrate itself every 100 pages. I real workhouse, that delivers everything from 81/2 x 11, to 11 x 17. The color looks great, the maintenance is very easy.

The only two issues we have are document access and slow warm-up. Printed documents come out underneath the scanning mechinism. Not sure how one would overcome that but if you are accustomed to having your docs come out on top this printer is not for...
