This unit is a very poor quality unit

 

This unit did not calibrate properly. I called the service center for assistance and was told, after tryig to understand the tech., that I had to purchase two new cartridges. The printer had printed only three pages. I will never purchase another HP...

Good printer

 

Got this all-in-one printer for a reasonable price. The printer itself is reliable, and easy to handle. Plus two cartridges and two packs of photo paper came together in one package, which made it a better deal. Love this printer!

no wonder this is on sale!

 

high hopes that this model would meet my printer-on-the-go needs. after an hour on the phone, HP tech support conceded that the set-up - even inserting the ink cartridges - is not user-friendly. frustrating! gave up on this one.
