Out of the past 2 weeks I have used this machine it has successfully printed out ONE piece of paper.. Between repetitive jamming and it not even printing the document saying that it has Low ink after printing out that one piece of paper.. it has be...

This was DOA, but replaced by HP. It took an hour to convince the HP tech person that this was actually not functioning. Once I was swithched to a supervisor, they processed the replacement immediately. Replacement working as described.

Even though it was classified as refurbished, you would never know it; it looked brand new in all of the original wrappings. GREAT BARGIN.

paper keeps getting jammed in auto feed otherwise

Prints well; handles heavy photo paper and envelopes well. Easily connected wirelessly to our three laptops. Ordered on a Sunday, arrived on Monday - ink cartridges included so good to go.

Loud, and made out of cheap plastic, but it works fine. For some reason, I keep getting a paper jam notice when no paper jam is present, but it does not affect performance. Great deal.

took it out of the box and installed the driver on the computer and worked great.

I waited a while to write this review as I hoped that I could get it to go past Scanner Failure. I searched through lots of forums and help places, even the maker's, but it stays the same, so I can't use it.
