Logitech K320 Wireless Keyboard Review

 

Overall, we give it a neat 7.5/10, solely because of its cool interface that is both ergonomic and user-friendly. Although, the hard-core gamers would miss the lack of palm-rest and special game-pad controls that make all the difference.

Nice KBD

 

Matched KBD layout of previous one with good key response. East installation. Quality KBD

Needed to place receiver on cable extension to maintain good KBD response. Easy enough to hide on desk, but would have been nicer to have just plugged in into the back of the mid-tower and leave it hidden

This keyboard is just what is needed for a laptop that mostly sits in one spot. When I switched to a laptop from a desktop unit the laptop sits where the desktop unit was. Rarely do I move it. However the keyboard on the laptop is funny in that key...

2nd one works fine

 

Unifying receiver is very nice, looking forward to years of battery life.Media and other shortcut buttons are nice add as well

1st unit DOA and was not "refurbished" in any way, still had dirty fingerprints and what I can only guess were sneeze prints on it. Newegg RMA'd it of course and the replacement arrived a few days later and works perfectly

Don't buy this...

 

I called into customer service rather than RMA through the website because I was fairly upset about this. Customer service rep refunded my money and told me to keep the defective keyboard. The entire call was less than 5 minutes. Newegg's service is...

Newegg customer support is still the best in the industry. The 1/2 of my ordered keyboards work fine. Works great as a plug and play directly into my PS3 from about 10 feet away

Ordered 2 of these, one came with protective platic on the product (like most electronics do these days) and works fine. The other, came with no plastic and greasy finger prints all over it. Up arrow didn't work... W reports w2 w2 w2 w2 w2 every time...

Good Logitech Product, so far.

 

You can change the keyboard layout with windows. -2 eggs not from the product, but from newegg. They should state this keyboard follows ACNOR, very disappointing with newegg on this one.

Keyboard works exactly as intended, mine arrived with the plastic still on it

As another review pointed out this keyboard follows the ACNOR layout, a french alternative in Quebec. However I believe when you first install windows you select your keyboard layout, though I could be mistaken ; Anyways, mine may have a few keys...

Beware

 

This keyboard is not USA keys. If you hunt a peck you will find the markings on some of the keys wrong, the @ is missing, ^ is not over the 6, ?/ key is a E,[,] are not in the correct spots nor is \| over the enter key. If you don't need to know these...

Works well if not for the wrong key markings

Logitech support this time stinks, You don't adjust Windows when the markings on the keyboard are wrong ; new stickers or keys would work

Have had this keyboard for a month or so already and love it! I bought this keyboard because I already had a mouse working with the unifying receiver and wanted a keyboard to go with it, so this one was perfect! Nice size, ease of use, excellent!...
