Also just a note, the keyboard has a one year manufacturers warranty in the US and 2 yr in the UK. Next time I should look for another keyboard based in the US instead. I won't be recommending Steelseries anymore after seeing buggy software (no plans...
Great keyboard, nice feel to it. Love that the key pads can be swapped and cleaned easily. The usb and audio ports on the back of the keyboard are awesome and the overall build of the keyboard is really good. this thing is pretty rugged
where do i start? First, the software is buggy so you would have to play around with it to figure out A) how to record a macro, and B) how to maximize the window to see all keys. Even the keys that have been programmed are highlighted but are located...

had for 3 months now, works fine, definitley worth the money.
Well built ; easy to clean
No backlighting, hotkeys dont work as extra buttons ingame

Nice keyboard
Spacebar is split and it isnt mechanical

More then you need for a standard keyboard, this is meant for gamers that want complete customizable control, and it does that job perfectly.
Solid construction, customizable layout, nerdy chic design with backlighting, USB ports on the board are a big plus
Not intuitive, and the manual isn't great, but nothing an average Joe like me can't figure out in about 15-20 mins of messing with it. No real cons add this board is meant for a pretty hardcore audience

Macro-able granted you download the software off steelseries site ; Multiple key setups ; Inter-changeable keyboards for different games
Feels a bit smaller than most keyboards I've had ; The indicator ridges on the "F" and "J" keys aren't very predominate ; No backlit features on the keys other than the steelseries logo that lights up. (obnoxious at night)

solid, i like how the keypad lifts out for easy cleaning / maintenance. i play SC2 and hammer on it pretty hard and it holds up even when my kids play well worth the money imo
none yet

big. Solid. Heavy. Feels nice. Removable keyset, which I'm hoping will come in handy when I inevitably spill something on it. Two USB ports, mic port, and headphone port
Attempting to use any of the programmable macro keys works if you never install the drivers. Then they expect you to unplug it and plug it back in while holding some hotkeys. This is terrible if your system unit is any any way less than entirely...

This is a good keyboard. It has audio and mic out as well as 2 USB. You can program macros but I have not used that yet. There are also audio control buttons on the left side. The keyboard also looks great! Software to program the keys is ok.. the...
The space bar is 2 different buttons and takes a little to get used to for typing. I also realized my microsoft ergonomic keyboard is much more comfortable and quicker with typing for me as I am a programming student. Not much else to say about any cons

For the sale price of $35 this keyboard is great. I don't think I would pay regular price for it. It is very much worth the $35 I spent.
I like the feel of the keys. It types well and when in use with gaming I get great response from the keys. The keyboard as a whole feel very durable. I love the ability to change any key I want to anything I want. Even the split spacebar can be two...
I have had problems with the software and programming the macro keys. It has BSOD me about 4 times now. The macro keys are very useful once you get them working. The software seems a tad buggy

reqd 1 usb to operate, but to use keyboard outputs reqs extra usb and audio and mic plugs(incl on cord). only reqs software(not included, must download) if programming the board. it's kind of heavy compared to a lot of keyboards, but i like the feel.
it's a sturdy keyboard, adjustable height, 2 usb ports, mic and audio plugs. removable keypads can be changed out with ones with hotkeys for specific games(comes with standard qwerty) that can be ordered from the mfr
not really a con, but the keys felt just a bit off and took some getting used to. steelseries logo stays lit up even with computer off
