love the tv but one set of 3d glasses was missing. The other set was missing the left ear piece. Also the part that holds the battery was missing.

TV just stops responding to remote. Keeps hanging. It came with two remotes. It is not responsive to both the remotes. I'm not sure if I got the bad one in the lot or it's a common problem for all.

I love Samsung products. BUT, I opened the box, took out the TV and stand. And there were no directions on how to mount the TV to the stand. I figured it out, but some people probably couldn't .

I like my new TV. Only problem is WIFI. It disconnects from router and because of it Apps crash.
