The quality on this camera varies dramatically based on the distance of the target. Up close (between 3inches to 2 feet.) It's fine, but anything further than that and you'll start to notice the shake.

perfect for the price

My 76 year old mom wanted a cam corder. She had purchased a very in-expensive one via a TV shopping network...it was worthless. I bought this one for her for a little more, and it does so much more...only for a few dollars.
