Review of the T-Mobile SDA Smartphone

Now that Cingular is throwing its weight around and getting exclusives on lots of the better new GSM phones out there (like Motorola's RAZR V3 and Sony Ericsson's S710a), it might be time for T-Mobile USA to hurry up and release the SDA...

T-Mobile SDA

After using the SDA (aka Smart Digital Assistant), I've warmed to the idea of Microsoft Windows Mobile-based handsets. This standard cell phone's solid Wi-Fi capability, good call quality, 1.3-megapixel camera, and long battery life impressed me. And...

Bulit-in Wi-Fi for easy Web access Impressive battery life

Some keys are small and cramped

The SDA's well-rounded capabilities and lengthy battery life justify its slightly above-average price

T-Mobile SDA review

T-Mobile SDA The SDA in T-Mobile SDA stands for Smart Digital Assistant, and overall, the device lives up to its name. With its compact and sleek form factor, it may look like any other candy bar cell phone, but the handset runs Windows Mobile 5...

The T-Mobile SDA boasts a sharp, vibrant screen, as well as outstanding battery life and call quality. In addition, the Windows Mobile 5 smart phone is equipped with a 1.3-megapixel camera, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and EDGE support.

The T-Mobile SDA's Mini SD card slot is inconveniently located behind the battery, and the keypad and navigation controls are a bit cramped.

For those who want to do more on the go, the T-Mobile SDA offers a winning package of productivity tools, multimedia, and great performance. We just wish the smart phone had a better keypad layout.

T-Mobile SDA

The T-Mobile SDA is a fun, powerful little phone that's comfortable making calls, playing media, or surfing the Web.

Wi-Fi. Dedicated music buttons. Excellent screen.

Phone could be louder. Limited memory. No music over Bluetooth.

Battery life was good, with more than 9.5 hours of talk time and more than 7 hours of PDA usage time. Heavy Wi-Fi use will cut battery life, of course, but the SDA has very smart power management, and it kicks the Wi-Fi into dormant mode when it isn't...

T-Mobile SDA

The SDA is a small, slightly chubby, rounded candy-bar phone with a lot of small buttons. (This is not a phone for folks with big fingers.) The multibutton approach makes learning the SDA a bit of work and leads to occasional incorrect keypresses, but...

T-Mobile SDA - Smartphone Reviews by Mobile Tech Review

Folks, we've got a phone with multiple personality disorder here, and that's not altogether a bad thing. The T-Mobile SDA (not to be confused with the older Euro T-Mo SDA, but rather their SDA II) was released in the US in Feb. 2006 and it wants to be...

A powerful device that has a phone's usability and ergonomics. Attractive (despite the hump) and classy looking. Fits easily in the pocket, yet offers some of the same features as PDAs. Syncs to Outlook and Exchange if you wish, which means you'll...

Buttons and keypad keys, other than the dedicated IE and media player controls are miniscule. Joystick isn't always easy to press straight down without moving sideways and thus changing your selection.

An excellent device for those who need a phone first and light PDA second. The SDA is attractive, powerful and has an excellent display. It syncs easily with Windows desktops, will work anywhere in the world GSM service is available and has triple...

Handytest :: T-Mobile SDA Test | Handytest Testbericht

Intuitiv bedienbares Smartphone: T-Mobile SDA | Handys
