lasted less than 2 years

 

I know it's a refurbished machine but I seriously think it should last at least a couple of years.

Love it so far....

 

I can't believe how fast it came....I took the free 3 day shipping..ordered it monday at lunch time and it came this morning! So far it's great..faster than what I had...booted right up and running great

Not bad, good price

 

Good for newbies who aren't looking for graphics design or game play capacities, or who won't be doing any exhaustive computing.... For everyone else, still a good computer provided you're willing to put some time and love in with tweaking or upgrading.

The price is what notched this up from a 3 star rating to a 4. As it's been pointed out, you can't beat this price. My love bought it as a make due while I gut my tower and revamp it. It runs most games decently and could support WOW with the graphics...

So, naturally there's a few problems. Should have had XP, not 7. It just doesn't have the hardware to support such hardware intensive usage from 7. Causes huge lag and multi-tasking is difficult. Win7 is having some Java compat issues, making it...

Great for everyday use - found it for my mother tbh

Awesome return on your dollar. Considering windows 7 64bit is 100.00 - nearly impossible to beat this entire build with the left over 175.00 ; I would highly recommend this computer for any family member turning to you to build/buy them a cheap but...

Good Pc

 

Compaq makes great computers I have another Compaq that is 11 years old the only thing I have changed is the power supply.

This pc is great if you upgrade video card and add 2 gigs of memory

No card readers other than that a good unit

Quick, updated. BIOS is the latest version, drivers and hardware are all fully functional. Very well taken care of machine, glad to have purchased and so is my customer. Thank you

Paid for three day shipping, received in a bit more than a week. Definitely disappointed about that as it made me look bad in front of my customers

Awesome computer for basic use!!

 

All these people that complain about computers and not being to handle their video games really need to learn a thing or two about computers and read the stats and hardware specifications before purchasing a computer. Just because a computer has 2GB...

Fairly light, cheap, extremely quiet, very fast for simple tasks such as Microsoft Office and internet browsing, the side of the case is very easy to take off (1 screw), everything is very easy to access inside the case
