Looks like new inside and out. Someone cleaned all the dust out of the inside really well. Processor was a better unit than advertised.

Only thing would be nice to have a card reader.

Took the cover off & it looked like it had never been used!

The picture shows SD card slots, but none on my unit. Which was the main reason for purchase,

This computer arrived dead on arrival. The company that does the refurb Plan IT ROI is a joke. No customer service. And they prefer you leave a message so that they won't call you back.

Inside the case is very clean.

Dust was apparent on the front of the machine along with many scuff marks on the sides. Something that could have easily been taken care of before getting to me. Windows is not fully installed. I have to enter in the product key and do the first time...

Extremely affordable ..I used a 25% off coupon when available ,plus it had a $20 rebate (assuming it goes through) Compact..Works like it should.I got it in a day after ordering."Eggcellent" newegg customer service.

I got it with a core2 duo 2.8ghz instead of 3.0ghz in it and had no keyboard. But NE was good enough to reimburse me some money back. It makes a grinding noise when turn on. And at shut down ..it seems to turn itself on again for a sec. before shutting...
