I am more than frustrated with the product. It's not refurbished but used for more than five years. Apart from huge wear and tear ,it has a tag for Windows XP used at first place which makes it clear. It's sold by some 3rd party called Joy systems....

Refurbished from Walmart is the only way to go. Like getting a new machine for 1/3rd the cost. This is my second one, and both are running perfectly. Thanks for making this a viable option.
