fast,reliable,takes very little spaceand easily copes with more than one task at the same time. i have not tried to play games on it,but i am sure it would cope on most modern ones

i don't like the vertical dvd drawer and would have liked another dvd drive.another 2 usb sockets would be nice

Had no trouble with it, works well and does what we want.

Not enough USB ports so had to buy a USB hub to go with it. Also it didn't come with a working VGA port so had to get a DVI to VGA adaptor

This is a great PC. Very simple to set-up and looks good. Buying reconditioned saved me a bundle of cash and meant I could get a quality product at budget prices.

this computer does much more than I expected it to do!! I'm so pleased with this purchase, it's small and quiet I have hooked it up to my main tv and It works perfect I can also now record tv on windows media center and had no problems with It so far....

no bad points so far it's a little slow but I have ordered some more RAM so that should speed things up.

Small and compact visually pleasing to the eye

had to buy dvi cable which was expensive

easy to handle

had to buy a new monitor as the flat screen we had would not connect to new system - not knowing this in advance

More information about the product features would be useful - the hardware features/connections at the back of the computer and the HP Pocket feature at the front which I only found four weeks after purchase hidden behind a sliding door in particular...
