I read a lot of reviews before my purchase, decided to give it a try; was to help my mom replace her much older system. Took it out of the box, it loaded to a screen which asked her for information and then rebooted. After that the hard drive crashed...

It never booted up and now cannot be returned according to policy. Looks like I am not alone.

I ordered two of these computers and neither one worked! One had a dead power supply and the other wouldn't even boot. I bought these for Xmas presents and because I waited 30 days to look at them I can't even return them. Waste of money!!

This is the second refurbished computer that I have purchased... Both computers have been a great deal and very worth the money. I have upgraded both of them and they will both be of service to me for a long time. I have not had a problem with either...

We had purchased three of these computers for our office and found them to be a good buy for the money. I then purchases two for my wife's business when she wanted to up grade her retail store's equipment.

It is compact and it easily runs MS Windows 7 - 64 bit and MS Office and Quicken. The extra USB ports in the back are useful. It has been reliable with no performance problems.

Very good unit so far. Finally got one that works. It works well, too.It is not really right but I am not too distressed about the errors on the hard drive. Surprised, is all.

For less than $150, this is a grate buy. It works fine. I plan to upgrade the memory to 4 GB if possible. Otherwise this is fine.

Ordered two of these PCs, one came DOA with a bad power supply. Other one works very well for a workstation. Good value for the money, but off lease will eventually come with something dead.

The machine ran like it was new and it fit our needs perfectly.This is my fifth refurb and I have had one issue that was addressed super fast.
