Not as advertised

 

I purchased this as a replacement for an older PC that had a CPU thermal problem. I realize this is an older model but the advertised specs MATCHED what I was replacing. Very disappointed that I received a SLOWER machine than what I had and slower than...

Every spec here shows that this should be a 3.2GHz CPU when in fact that CPU shipped is a 3.0GHz. Keyboard and mouse shipped are NOT HP products. They are really cheap aftermarket peripherals
