Useless. Every single program I attempt to install ends prematurely. I did all the typical fixes: fixing admin, fixing permissions, reboot, wipe and restart entire OS, etc. The Customer Service people did nothing but tell me to call the manufacturer....

So I've had this pc for about a week now, and its been wonderful. When I took it out of the box everything was there and in place, the boot up was also fine. Having an ssd makes a noticeable difference with the OS.
