as i have only started to use the product, my experience is somewhat limited, however, to date, everything is fantastic. i especially like the design. love the card slot! i would definitely recommend the product to others.

possibly the limited number of usb points at the front of the computer, but overall this is very minor as there are 4 more at the back.

the front panel usb ports are set back a bit to far and make it difficult to insert some small pen drives.
