The touch screen is a big help in getting some things.

The windows 8. Things like Twitter and email or not as good as Windows 7 so I now have to use two computers to do what I want.

Written instructions need to be in larger print and have a little more detail. I had to ring geek squad to help me set up the connections. Took me a while to work out how to switch off completely. Wish it could have come with an external aerial for TV.

Excellent screen and good looks. Fast on M Office applications. This is i3 and for standard applications like word spreadsheets and internet works superbly.

No quick set up guide. Easy to turn off wifi on keyboard, no upper case indicator on keyboard. Speakers not hifi. CD drawer flimsy. Minor points on overall great quality.
