Velocity Micro's latest overclocked wonder, the Raptor Z90 (i7-3770K) desktop, is fast and built like a tank.
Speedy benchmark numbers. Less power hungry than previous gaming desktops. Includes USB 3.0, HDMI, Blu-ray, 802.11 b/g/n Wi-Fi.
No eSATA. Not much faster than a less-expensive system on most tests.

The Velocity Micro Raptor Z90 (Intel Core i7-3930K), a deluxe gaming desktop, will empty your wallet easily, but you'll never have to worry about whether your rig is able to play Game X—for a little while at least.
Blu-ray is read/write. Wi-Fi and Bluetooth onboard. Great overall performance. No bloatware. Nice aluminum chassis.
Slightly lags behind competitors in high-end gaming tests.

Velocity Micro Raptor Z90 (Core i7 3930K
With Intel's new six-core CPUs and a pair of strong graphics cards, the ; delivers on its promise of fast gaming and multithreaded processing performance.
Intel's new six-core chips don't offer many benefits to gamers, who can still get a great deal from Intel's older quad core Core i7's.
Velocity Micro's Raptor Z90 offers everything we expect given its high-end components, but Intel's latest CPUs lack the value of its older chips, making this system and others like it recommendable to buyers with niche performance needs.

The Velocity Micro Raptor Z90 is a contender for our "highest performance PC" prize, but its design is getting a little long in the tooth.
Dual graphics card performance. Overclocked six-core processor. Lots of I/O ports. Can play Crysis on Ultra High setting. No Bloatware. Some expansion room.
Dated styling. Still expensive. C: drive is a little small. Won't burn Blu-ray discs.
