Revised Wii.

 

It's a great system. Just wished that Nintendo had kept the Gamecube support. This is the main reason I gave it 4 stars. Look for an older Wii if you want Gamecube support.

Great deal for the kids.

 

great deal for the kids. We are going to visit our family overseas and we needs to get 3 systems 1 for each family. Its nice that we were able to save on shipping and they all get the same thing. Also very impressed with neweggs fast shipping.

2011 - Wii

 

I am not a Game Cube player. But I really like to small footprint of this model. It's really like the size of an external cdrom drive.

Very small footprint! Mario Wii is a fun game!

No backwards compatibility support. So if you expect to run Game Cube games buy last year's console.

This is not the bundle you want to buy

 

As a point of comparison, Japan is also getting a new Wii bundle next month. It retains the same price, backward compatibility, and vertical placement; but it also has an extra Wiimote.
