I returned it to KMart for a refund. If I had bought it from a Telstra shop I would not have been able to return it unless it was deemed faulty by them and then they would replace it with the same bad product. The Telstra Shops must know how aweful...

Waiting to get my hands on the new Uniden with sim card reader.

Looks good and the size is small. The sim feature is why i brought it for.
