VERY DISAPPOINTED TO FIND OUT THAT RITZ.COM IS NOT AFFILIATED WITH THE STORES - CONSUMERS SHOULD BE NOTIFIED OF THIS BEFORE PURCHASING. SO I SPENT $400 FOR A CAMERA THAT I AM UNABLE TO GET A WARRANT ON BECAUSE I WAS DEFRAUDED.

quality was great but had many scratches on the screen. It was a Christmas gift so it embarrassed me when he opened it and it was all scratched up.

This product has never worked since I received it. It won't power on. [...] I'm very disappointed in this since it was an added value item in my Nikon camera pig. No value here.

The digital frame does not have any internal memory. Does not have any battery backup.

Good quality for the money, but the specs on the web site are wrong. This frame DOES NOT play videos or music. Other than that, it does a decent job of displaying photos. Easy to use and acceptable quality.

I bought 5 of these frames to give to all the members of my family - what a great gift for them all!!
