It might be gentle... maybe too gentle for my taste as it does not leave my hair feeling squeaky clean. It also leaves my hair a bit dry (considering that I have greasy hair, it seems weird.) I don't really like it.

If you don't require a lot of perfume with your shampoo then this is the ideal shampoo. Mild enough to use frequently.

Simple shampoo and conditioner are the ONLY hair products that I can use, given that I get an allergic reaction if I use others. My hairdresser tells me that the condition of my hair even though it's coloured is superb. Thank you simple!

My friend in USA cannot get it there and there is not many places in the UK that sell it, so when its on an offer, i buy 2 or 3 and i send them to my friend, she loves this shampoo. Makes her hair feel lovely she said.

I suppose it does leave hair shiny and healthy like it says it will, however I find my hair is greasy more quickly when I use this, which is a real shame
