very noisy, little bit annoying that part of it has to be frozen. Perhaps a problem when taking it with you on your travels.

Easy to use and the ceramic parts are much better than the metal tweezers you get on other models.

It still hurts, but is getting easier. I didn't find that the ice pack helped that much.
